THERAPY, COACHING

“The wilderness holds answers to questions we have not yet learned to ask.” – Nancy Wynne Newhall

Welcome to Cultivating Connection—I’m Kate Kelley, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Nationally Certified Counselor.

I work especially well with adults who are asking big questions:
Who am I? What do I believe? Where do I belong?
Whether you’re wrestling with identity, relationships, or faith, navigating a transition, or just feeling the pressure of figuring it all out, I’m here to hold space for the messy, beautiful process of being human. I specialize in walking with people through those in-between spaces—where growth feels both exciting and uncertain.

People often describe me as warm, grounded, and deeply curious. I’m a holder of hope and a gentle guide as you explore the deeper questions of life. I hold space with compassion and invite you to show up as you are—whether you're feeling lost, questioning everything, or just tired of going through the motions.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked in schools, universities, and private practice supporting people through seasons of change, doubt, growth, and rediscovery. I believe that our past shapes us—but it doesn’t have to define us. Together, we’ll explore the stories you’ve lived, the patterns you’ve carried, and what it might look like to live more freely and intentionally. My work is rooted in the belief that healing begins with connection—to yourself, to others, and to something greater than you.

When I’m not in the office, I’m probably outside—traveling, rollerblading, playing sports, or enjoying quiet moments in nature. I love themed parties, city exploring, and being an aunt to 12 amazing nieces and nephews.

Fun fact: I’ve been to over 16 countries (and counting)!

“We have been called to heal wounds, unite what has fallen apart, and to bring home those who have lost their way.”

- St. Francis of Assisi
